• EC-910 thickness gauge can nondestructive measure the thickness of non-conductive coating on metal surface and non-ferromagnetic metal coating on ferromagnetic metal (such as iron, nickel and cobalt) surface. It is based on the same operating principles as SONAR, the instrument is capable of measuring the thickness of various material with accuracy as high as 0.1/0.01 millimeters. BGD 500 Digital Pull-off Adhesion Tester is a portable, hand-operated instrument which is used to measure the force required to pull a specified test diameter of coating away from its substrate using hydraulic pressure. The pressure is displayed on a digital LCD and represents the coating’s strength of adhesion to the substrate.
