• Test PrincipleThe ultraviolet rays of sunlight are the main factor who damage weathering resistance of mostmaterials. 
• We use UV lamps to simulate the short-wave part of sunlight, it produces few visiblelights and infrared lights. 
• According to different testing requirements, we choose differentwavelength UV lamps, this is because each type UV lamps produce different irradiance energy andwavelength. 
• UV lamps can be divided into UVA and UVB.Different types fluorescent UV lamps are used in different fields, for example: UVA-340 Lamp: UVA-340 Lamp can highly simulate short-wave ultraviolet light ofsunlight; the wavelength range is from 365 nm to 295 nm.
•  UVA 351 Lamp: Simulates UV sunlight which has passed through the windows. 
• It isexcellent for testing materials aging process indoor. UVB-313 Lamp: UVB-313 lamp emits stronger shortwave ultraviolet light compared withthe ultraviolet rays on Earth, thus can accelerate material aging process. However, 
• this lampmay cause some unrealistic material damage. It is mainly used in quality control, researchand development, and the test of the materials with strong weather resistance.BGD 852 Bench UV light Accelerated Aging Chambers is an economic and easy-to-use machinewhich can meet some customers' requirements.
•  It is equipped with 3 pcs 20W UV lamps as lightsources. Operator can set the total illumination time, temperature, spray time etc to simulate thenatural environment which would cause the damaged factor to samples. This chamber can isolate18 pcs standard panels Size is 150×70mm. 
• Samples are installed a column form rotatingsample rack. During the test, the sample rack rotates uniformly and ensure every sample get thesame irradiance energy, increase the comparability and repeatability of testing results.
